We may collect information you submit through forms, email, chat, or phone, such as:

• Name, company name, billing and shipping address
• Email address, phone number
• Quote and order details (box style, size, quantity, artwork requirements, notes)
• Files you upload (logos, designs, print files, brand assets)
• Any other information you choose to share

B. Information collected automatically

When you browse our site, we may automatically collect:

• IP address, device type, browser type, operating system
• Pages you viewed, time spent, referring/exit pages
• Approximate location (city/country level)
• Cookies or similar tracking data (see “Cookies” below)

When you send a quote or contact request, we save the approximate city, state and country of your connection together with the request, so our team can see where it came from. We do not save your IP address with the request.

C. Payment information

We do not take card payments on this website. Quotes and orders are arranged directly with our team, and payment is handled separately (for example, by invoice). If you pay through a third-party payment provider, that provider collects and processes your payment details under its own privacy policy. We do not store full card numbers.

Your quote list (the products and quantities you add before requesting a quote) is kept in your own browser’s local storage on your device. It is not sent to us unless you submit a quote request.

• Specifically, our website is hosted by Vercel, quote and contact requests are stored in a secure database provided by Supabase, and we receive notification emails through Resend. Files you upload are kept in private storage and are opened only by our team through secure links
• Payment processors to complete transactions
• Shipping and logistics partners to deliver your orders
• Professional advisors (legal, accounting) when necessary
• Authorities if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security
• Business transfers if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale

We do not sell your personal information.

5) Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed to:

• Provide services and maintain records
• Comply with legal and tax requirements
• Resolve disputes and enforce agreements

In practice, we keep quote requests, order details and uploaded files for about 3 years after our last contact with you, so we can handle reorders, claims and disputes. We keep invoices and accounting records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see “Your rights and choices”), unless we need to keep it for a legal reason.

6) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7) Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal information
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Opt out of marketing communications

We are based in the United States and ship worldwide. If you access our site from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate, which may have different data protection laws than your own.
