At Bath Bomb Packaging, we offer safe and reliable shipping for custom packaging orders across the United States and Canada. Customers in these regions may qualify for free shipping depending on the product, order volume, and delivery requirements.
For orders shipping outside the United States and Canada, shipping charges may apply. Any applicable shipping cost will be shared with your quote or order details before production begins.
Standard Turnaround Time
Our standard turnaround time is usually 7 to 14 business days after the final digital proof has been approved. Production starts once your artwork and order details are fully confirmed.
Please note that turnaround time refers to production only and may not include shipping or transit time.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an incorrect or incomplete address is submitted and delivery cannot be completed, the shipment may be returned to Bath Bomb Packaging. In that case, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping charges needed to send the order to the corrected address.
Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment is refused or goes unclaimed and is returned to Bath Bomb Packaging, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.
Delays Beyond Our Control
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, Bath Bomb Packaging is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including:
- shipping carrier or courier delays
- severe weather or natural disruptions
- customs, clearance, or other government-related delays
- inaccurate order details or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
